Td - Tetanus, Diphtheria for children over 7 years of age and adults
Polio - Inactivated Polio vaccine (injectable)
MMR - Measles, Mumps, Rubella
MMRV -Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella
Varicella - Chicken Pox
Hib - Haemophilus Influenzae Type B Meningitis
Pneumococcal Conjugate - Prevnar (PCV)
Varicella - Chicken Pox
Pediarix - DTaP, Polio, HepB (combination vaccine)
Hepatitis B - For children, adolescents and for adults who are at risk of exposure
Hepatitis A - HepA is for children-1 year of age and older and adults
Meningococcal Vaccine - Menactra guards against 4 strains of Bacterial meningitis
Influenza - For all children over age of 6 months, senior citizens, and others at high risk
Pneumonia - For high risk children >2 years of age and adults
Rotavirus - "Rotateq "is for infants 6 to 32 weeks old
HPV4 - Protects against 4 strains of Human Papilloma virus
