Healthy Baby Program

Who is Eligible:

Any pregnant woman or infant (age 3 and under) who lives in Lapeer County. Referrals may be made by client, family member or physician.

Services Offered:

Home visit by RN who may give information on immunizations, growth and development, perform physical assessments, teaching and provide case management, etc.

Who Pays:

This program is sponsored through the Strong Families Safe Children Coalition and local funds.
