Who is Eligible:
Medically eligible children under 21 years of age and persons over 21 with Cystic Fibrosis or Hemophilia. The Children's Special Health Care Services program helps pay for medical care for children with a medically eligible condition such as: Amputations, birth defects, burns, cancer, cleft palate and lip, hemophilia, kidney disease, limb deformities, hearing problems, heart problems, muscular dystrophy, spinal injuries, endocrine problems, and seizures.
